The first thing you will notice in the Judge client is the icons on the top.

This is the d20Pro icon to bring up the Main Menu.
This will broadcast the current map and all updates to the map on the Judge's screen to all players.

This toggles from Free-Mode (Explore Mode) to Initiative Mode (Combat Mode).

This toggles Judge rolls from hidden to shown. Results are displayed in the Game Log.

This toggles the ruler where you can measure the distance between two points on the grid (from the center of one grid square to the center of another grid square.)

This toggles the grid overlay.
Ends creature's turn.
Ready an action (Judge must manually select on the creature and press "G" to have d20Pro show the creature which has a readied action displayed as performing the readied action).
Delay your turn. (Judge must manually select on the creature and press "G" which will place the creature into a new initiative position).
Charge! This will auto-adjust your attack bonus and ac penalty using 3.X and PFRPG rules.
Context Menu is launched by right-clicking (on MacOS: ALT + Click) on a creature

Attack (A) brings up a list of attacks for the selected creature.

Quick Attack (Q) selects the last attack and does it again, simply select the target.
Save > (choose between Fort, Ref, and Will) the result will be displayed in the Game Log.
Abilities > (displays the list of abilities available for the creature selected)
Skill (K) brings up the list of skills for the selected creature, to make a skill check. Double click on the skill you wish to perform and the result will be displayed in the Game Log (alternatively, single click on the skill and press the "OK" button).

Spell (S) brings up a list of all spells the creature can cast at each spell level.
Action > Combat Actions > Grapple, Melee Touch, and Ranged Touch.
Action > Pickup an Item (P) allows you to pickup an item that your creature is standing in the same square as an item.
Action > Fast Skills (1-3) as determined by the Options Window.
Rotate > Clockwise ( ] ) will rotate the creature 45 degrees clockwise.
Rotate > Counter-clockwise ( [ ) will rotate the creature 45 degrees counter-clockwise.
Status (U) brings up a status list you can choose for the selected creature(s).

Damage (D) will bring up a Damage Creature(s) window to apply damage. Simply enter in the amount of damage using the numeric keys, clicking the up/down arrow, or using the scroll wheel on the mouse.

Heal (H) will bring up a Damage Creature(s) window to apply healing. Simply enter in the amount of healing using the numeric keys, clicking the up/down arrow, or using the scroll wheel on the mouse. You can also allow bonus HP, or Heal the creature to its' Max.

Alter > Alters the creature in some way, as described in the Alter Context Menu. Such as an Effect (X), Initiative (I or Alt+I), Visibility (V), Size, Hold/Release icon, Rest, Change the Team color, or Change the Owner of the creature.
Clone (C) will duplicate the creature on the game map.
View (E) will bring up the character sheet for the selected creature.
Talk (T) will allow you to talk as the selected creature in the Game Log.

Location > Elevation : will change the elevation of the creature in +/- 5 feet increments.
Location > Move to Map : will move creature to the current map.
Location > Move to Limbo : will move creature to Limbo (Passive Roster) and remove the creature from the map.
Location > Save Creature : will save the creature to the Creature Library.
Location > Save Items : will save each item in the creature's item/inventory into the Item Library.
Delete (D) will delete the creature from the game map.
